I can't think of any setting that could be responsible for the behavior 
you describe.  Is the length of the clip on the timeline correct (the 
video portion doesn't end early) ?  What about other clips?  Do they 
exhibit the same behavior?  What version of Premiere?  What kind of 
video file?  Is it standard DV?  You say that "now every time when I 
play..." did something change with the computer at all?  Did you add any 
software or hardware?  Have you tried a new project, or re-installing 
premiere. 

I'm just throwing out suggestions here, I don't know what will work.
