Don't know about changing the output settings (i'm not that familiar with exporting from premiere in MPEG as i usually use other aplications that encode the DV avi i export) but you may be able to multiplex them, if not you could use a program to multiplex them together such as the Mpeg tools section in Tmpeg Encoder or something. That is i'm assuming your two files are m2v (the video) and mp2 or mpa (the audio)
