You have to determine if its the DVD burner or the DVD's. You may 
have gotten a bad batch of DVD's which sometimes happens.  Before 
you burn any project to DVD I always recommend you burn the .iso 
file to your hard drive first. This usually gives you 99% success 
rate unless there is some thing wrong with the video, which if you 
are not successful, you'll know whats wrong.

Then once that is done, go ahead and burn the .iso image. You can 
use almost any program out there.  If you don't get it to burn then 
you'll know it either the DVD or the burner.
