Since I don't see a reply as of this post, I'll respond: An iso file is a compressed image file that needs to be burned to a cd or DVD, using Nero or some other alike program. Personally, if it's only 100 mb's or so, I open it up and make sure it's worth wasting a disc on (and leaving the other 600mb free). You can use WinRar or WinImage to view and/or extract directly to your hard-drive. Eric
