you can try to correct the file with VLC player, or export again with Virtual Dub (I don't trust the movie maker, because it's a default windows app, you ncan also try a file recovery program, or Avi Fix repair joiner http://www.fixvideo.com/products/avifixjoiner/avifixjoiner.html there're a lot of possibilities to get the avi working again (it's recommended to make a copy of the avi, so if something goes wrong you still got the backup avi). good luck!, louk
