Yeah, you won't get a complete copy of the DVD.  You can copy all the VOB files 
except the last one. There will be a
data error when you try to copy the last file.

  Keywords here are "complete copy" -- all someone has
  to do is copy the raw VOB files that they want from the
  disc, ignoring the file that won't read and use DVDShrink
  to make an new ISO...
