I know you have probably already done this, but I've lost all audio several 
times when using Premiere Pro, and I don't know why it happened, but if I 
completely shut down the computer and reboot, the audio comes back.  Just in 
case you haven't done a shutdown through all of this...worth trying anyway.

  Have you tried erasing the comformed temporary audio files? Exit premiere,
  delete all the temp files (preview folders) and open the project file again,
  see if that works.

  here are a couple of things to try...create a new sequence and copy all the
  files to it. Do they play now?
  What happens if you move the audio to a different track?
  Also you could check the Audio sliders and make sure nothing is turned down
  there.
