Hi Len,

No, I just upload them right from Proshow.  Your file loaded relatively quickly 
for me.  It took about 45 seconds, using cable broadband connection.  

What format was your video?  Did you use avi files or something else?  I'm not 
sure which is the best format.  Sorry I don't have more info.
