I'm now using Premiere Pro CS3 with Matrox RTX2 card for Hi-
Definition editing and I'm loving it (after downloading the audio
patch). It looks the same as Pro 2, but handles loading Hi-Def
timelines much quicker, runs Hi-Def smoother, and makes multi-layer
SD editing an absolute joy (although that might be helped by the
Matrox card).

Encore CS3 which came with it again looks the same as CS2, but makes
perfect Hi-Def Blu-Ray discs.

If you are serious about Hi-Def or multi-layer SD editing, then I
would reccommend it. If you still work in SD with basic edits, then
there doesn't seem to be a great deal of difference.
