What format are you trying to compress the files to? wmv, mp4, mov, flv, swf
(I think you get the point.) A little more info is needed from you to help
you solve the issue. You mention the 100mb size, does this mean you are
trying to upload something to youtube.com? I know they have that file limit.

Good afternoon all. I am new to the group, but i have a couple of 
questions that hopefully someone can shed some light.

Most of the videos i end up exporting as avi's are usually 1gig or more 
in size. i am trying to compress it to under 100mb, but when i do, the 
video comes out really hazy and sloppy looking.

is there any way to compress the video to a respectable size and still 
maintain a crisp and professional look? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!
