Claudio,
I seem to remember a similar problem when I updated, unfortunately that 
was a long time ago and I totally forget the workaround. I think it had 
to do with the file name of the Premiere Pro.exe file or something to do 
with the directory for the encoder being different that the application?

I no longer have 1.5 installed so I can't check it out here. You may 
want to search the Adobe Support Forums for the answer. Sorry I couldn't 
be more helpful!
