They are totally Christian from a religion called Marthoma. (its on google) Based on looks they are not Hindu. This engagement ceremony was a learning experience for me. I asked about the religion and researched before the day. And after witnessing the event I learned a lot about another nationality that day. From the first time they said "Praise the Lord and In the of Jesus Christ" I realized we all should learn more about one another.
