I have Premier Pro CS3 on Windows Vista and it runs smooth. I capture from a Sony V1U. You may have to do some trouble shooting.

Can someone please tell me if this is an incompatibility and I'm going to have to buy a new video editing program or if there is something that may have gotten set wrong when it installed? I've gone over and over Preferences and Project Settings and can't find anything that looks wrong. Thank you!
