There's Chapter 9 Editing Audio > Editing audio in a Timeline panel. Also, Chapter 8 Editing sequences and clips > Working with clips in a sequence > Find a word in any clip, and there is also Editing sequences and clips > Trimming clips followed by exclamations of each tool. Chapter 9 has Editing audio in Adobe Soundbooth.
You can search for "Transcription", too. Also, Lesson 15 in PPro CS4 Classroom in a Book might help since it is in a tutorial format.
