Hi Kelvin,

You can buy any camera that does 24fps, edit it 
as 24fps, then convert it to 25fps by simply 
putting up the speed a little. This is how all TV 
stations in Europe convert 24fps movies to 25fps 
PAL broadcast norm, nobody notice the small 
increasement of speed. In this way you don't have 
to wait for conversion and quality won't change either.
