Hi Uwe, I thought you meant Windows ME for a moment there! My dad is 77 and still filming (badly, must be the wobbles).
That seems quite a long time for ~30GB of data? Are you using AP to transfer or a seperate card reader to a file? I tried expensive ones (slow) and a cheap one which was much faster, although in the end, the camera direct was the fastest. Some machines were really slow, depending on the port you used, my new one thankfully doesn't seem to have an issue. So much for 'Universal' serial bus. Anyway, keep up the good work, its keeping you busy at least. Barry.
