Thanks for all the feedback. I'll be calling Matrox tech support on Monday because I do believe the problem lies there - I'm wondering if a recent firmware upgrade may be causing trouble. I've actually been very happy with Windows 7 and CS5. I bought the Matrox mini with Max in order to allow me to 1) view my edits full screen in real time on an HD monitor [I previously had viewed my video output by looping the firewire output through my video deck and then out to a monitor - my NVIDIA card doesn't support this] and 2) for creating H.264 files. It was the most economical solution I could find and it worked great for months - until last week. Matrox works as a plug-in to Premiere Pro. Once it's installed, you can create either Matrox sequences or regular Premiere Pro sequences - but only the Matrox sequences are sent out through the mini box to the video monitor. I really value being able to do that, so I'm going to exhaust all my tech support resources to find a fix. If all comes to naught, I'll need to live without the monitoring or find another option. I'll let you know what happens. Cheers, Steve
