1. I've never had the audio go to anything other than the
corresponding track of its video, so I wonder whether there is something
about your MTS that is affecting this. My audio's are only stereo - are
yours something more sophisticated than that? Otherwise, I don't know what
is causing this.
2. You say your video is "tiny"? Is it that you can't you drag the
panel sizes to the larger size you want, or is it merely because of a low
resolution video that needs zooming (i.e., if you create a sequence
specifying a 1920x1080 size then put a 640x480 video in it, it of course
will appear small)? You should also be able to view the video in a
full-screen panel by merely using the back-quote key.
3. By "keeps running" do you mean like After Effects where it plays
itself over and over continuously, or does your just stop in the middle of a
cycle?

When I grab a .MTS clip and drag it to the timeline for Sequence 01, it
defaults the audio to track 4 or so. and the Video to track one. For all the
genius that goes into this stuff... that seems kind of stupid. Is there a
way to default the audio and video to logical tracks? Like Clip1.MTS going
to Video 1 and Audio 1?
Next.. I have always had to delete the empty traks to get it the way I want
it. and then what.. add tracks. Is there a way to grab the audio and drag it
from track 4 to track 1?

ok otherwise.. its pretty good. I wish the video was like Vegas while you're
working on it though. not so tiny. resizable and it keeps running until you
stop it.
