I have changed straight from XP to W7. Yes Gregg, one has to get used to 
a few new things but
isn't that so with any new program?
I find W7 very stable and forgiving and together with CS5.5 and 
obviously a powerful
enough computer it "just goes". The 64bit version is needed for Premiere.
You only need the Home Premium version unless you are in a corporate 
environment
where issues like networking security etc are of importance..
