I am having a problem with audio syncing.
I am using Pre Pro CS3 with a quad core Vista system. Camera is a Sony HDR FX
1000
I use a fire wire to capture.
My regular practice is to download a tape and then edit it.
Saves on the camera but I have to keep a lot of hard drive space.
This has always worked well with DV but now I work with HD and I have a problem
When I do this the audio is out of sync, rendering will not help.
Testing the camera shows me the camera is in sync.
Doing a short 2 minute capture to Pre Pro will be in sync.
Doing a longer 10 minute capture will be out of sync.
Exporting results are out of sync.
I have tried changing to draft and automatic playback but no help.
Has any one had any experience here?
