thank you to all for your great suggestions and leads on this.

All the options are of interest, whether manual or software/templates, which
I'm looking into all of your ideas and links.

I do have Master Collection CS5 and find the suggestions about creating masks
and grid of interest for future study, when I learn AE and get better with
masks in PS !

Regards

Check out photodex.com. I use it for my montage export and edit premiere
incorporating my videos.
