Depending on your footage how much of a good quality you want to show...
Typically, you can put a 2 hours clips into a DVD but the quality would be
like watching VHS tape. The less the footage is, the higher bitrate you can
burn it to achieve a high quality result.

If you convert your audio's wave files into ac3, you may be able to give a
higher bitrate to the video compression and gets better quality for a 2
hours video. Otherwise, keep the bitrate to about 2.5

Chapters marker doesn't take much space.
