James writes "how many hours can I get on a dvd with 4.7 gb using adobe
premiere pro cs-5 when I have a number of chapters in it?"
I agree chapters aren't typically an issue.
My understanding (which might be wrong) is that depending on the method
whereby you compress your video, you can fit an awful lot onto a 4.7G. Up
to three hours or more? The thing is that it takes a lot longer to
compress at the front end.
But I could be TOTALLY wrong -- the longest amount of stuff I ever put on a
4.7G DVD was a 100-minute feature + 15-minute short + a whole DVD-ROM
section.
Cheers,
Edward
