Strange that, I had to make some compromises too, even after a LOT of
faffing around.

I believe the antiquated DVD menu system (which has to be fully backward
compatible with even first gen DVD players), does leave a lot to be
desired.  Its like trying to cram a 16 bit program into a 4 bit system in
some ways, hence the glitches and "I give-up"s by us folk :-)

As Ewe says, there are ways around the system, to get almost what you
really want, but having to re think a whole strategy you've spent ages on,
does make one slightly annoyed sometimes.
