Hello all,
I just joined the group, so greetings to all.
I want to focus the viewer's attention to a small area of a clip. I've seen it
done on TV and the clip is edited so the whole clip is dimmed except a small
circle retains the normal brightness and contrast to focus the viewer's
attention to that area of the screen/clip.
How can I do this in Premier Elements 11?
