This may not help and I have not had a similar problem, however, there was a
time during which I had strange and unexplainable problems of which I
eventually figured were caused by running out of memory even on a 12GB
machine - Premiere doesn't always die gracefully under some circumstances.
I'm sure an hour and a half of BR footage requires quite a bit.
 
So my suggestion is only to satisfy yourself that you have sufficient
available during the encoding process.

Hello all,

I have a 1 hour & 25 minutes wedding reception footage that I am trying to
export in H.264 format HD 1080p 29.97 preset for Blu ray. 
It went through the 2 hours export encoding process but the final footage
was only 1KB and I could not even open it.
I don't understand what is causing this since I used to be able to
successfully export the same sequence.
Has anyone experienced this before?

I am editing in an HP PC system, windows 7 64 bit OS. My bit rate is
