Make sure you rename the output file to something memorable, it almost
sounds like you are finding the project file PP saves with each project,
although they are usually bigger than 1KB...

For web delivery (small in size) and high quality, I usually encode them as
H264 and android tablet 1990 X 1080, all render settings to max.  Its hard
to notice its such a small file with good quality on a large monitor :-)

Worth trying.
