hello,

tried exporting to disk first and then to tape, some of the clip(25 min) went
perfectly well, most part had the jitter as before  and the worst case - there
were 2-3 secs of the clips that had flickers- literally shaking.
just can't understand what to do?
is the system really fit for cs6 or does it require some other processor and
gpu card ?

pls help.
thanks in anticipation.

It is my understanding that the Adobe people use the Quadro cards
extensively in house; more so that the GeForce series.

What would happen if all rendering and exporting was done first to disk, and
then as a final operation, copy the file to tape? (This wouldn't explain why
CS3 works but CS6 doesn't, except perhaps that during CS3 days tape use was
more common and by CS6 days the developers are beginning to forget about
tape. I don't this to be true; I'm only wondering out loud.)

Subject: [AP] system requirements

hello,

i recently got a new system with the following :

* processor : Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3 - 1225 v2 @ 3.20 GHz 3.20GHz.
* NVIDIA Quadro K2000
* 16 gb RAM
* windows 7 professional
* with adobe premier cs6
the problem now is : there are jitters when exporting the sequence to tape.
the same when exported from premiere cs3(had been using it before cs6) goes
very well - sharp and clear picture.

1: can anyone pls suggest what should be done? is the processor and the
nvidia card compatible with cs6 or should i change them ?

2: also, wanted to know what system specs(cards and processor) could go with
matrox mxo2 (external card) to be used with premiere cs6. (was to use the
matrox card for real time editing where it would not render.)

thanks in anticipation.
