ANR0132E error

I am running TSM 3.7.3 in an HP-UX 11.0 system.
I receive the following message and I am not sure what is the cause:
ANR0132E htpost.c792: Memory allocation failed: object temporary parameter, size 
1048577.
I can not send commands from the admin Web interface although the command line admin 
still works.
Does somebody know what can be this?
