HSM on NT/Netware?

I have a client who'd like to run HSM on NT and especially Netware. Looking
at Tivoli's site it looks like it's only supported on AIX/Solaris as those
are the only platforms it mentions. Is this true? I'm just looking for a
confirmation.. Anyone know of any other products that provide similar
functionality particularly on netware?
