Don't buy it yet! I can't say much in regard to when/why/how etc,
but I will say that Tivoli has an HSM product coming out very
shortly for NT-W2K.

You can try OTG's DiskXtender. I have been considering looking at it
myself. But was hoping that TSM 4.1 would support it. No such luck though.
