Maria,
It sounds as if you have a corrupted page in your IS.
During a backup, each page of the database is examined
for the correct checksum to verify that the data on
the page is valid. This error usually indicates that the
checksum failed verification.
TDP for Exchange (actually the Exchange backup/restore API itself)
won't allow you to back up a corrupted database.
