3.7 to 4.1 Upgrade

I'm currently running 3.7 server and client on aix 4.3.3 on a 3575 library.  We
are considering upgrading to 4.1 and if anyone can give me the pros and cons of
the upgrade and what kinds of problems we might encounter I would appreciate it.

Also if anyone knows can you give me the approximate time for the conversion.
