I am going through same process , best way is to intsall TSm on testing
machine , other than working one .
Install tsm 3.7 , and then restore databse of 3.7 , after that Intsall 4.1 .if
your library have sufficient drives define some of them to new system
and you are ready to go.. test time , probelms , patches . etc..

Subject: 3.7 TO 4.1 UPGRADE
I'm currently running 3.7 on aix. Can anyone tell me if it is worth my time to
upgrade to 4.1, how long does the upgrade process take, and what are the
advantages/disadvantages?
