Hi,
I work to Banco do Brasil IT team and We are
developing
a C-written application that does make use of your
C-TSM API.
We are facing problems when trying to query backed
up data and attempting to restore
objects previously backed up. We are using the 4.1 TSM
API.
The objects were backed up using the TSM system
interface and we are
trying to query and receive them making use of the
API.
The configuration we are using:
- TSM client 4.1 (downloaded from the Internet
Tivoli site) installed on NT server 4.0 (backup
domain controller - BDC)
- TSM server 3.7.3.0 (downloaded from the
Internet Tivoli site) installed on NT server 4.0
(stand alone)
Our workload (created using the client Backup
Archive GUI)
\\saturno\f$\bb\publico\arqbbpub01.txt
,, ,, ,, \arqbbpub02.txt
,, ,, ,, \arqbbpub03.txt
where: "\\saturno\f$" is the filespace.
When we request a backup query to the TSM System it
does function well when using
the "TSM backup client command line" interface but
fails when using
the samprun (dapismp.exe) sample program.
Both output follows:
==> WHEN USING THE TSM BACKUP CLIENT COMMAND LINE
INTERFACE
