Serge - I'd be curious to determine what caused this...
Any clues in the server Activity Log, or maybe even the AIX
Error Log? I presume you found your server otherwise functioning,
and had to be restarted only to resume http service.
If the situation recurs, perhaps you can use 'netstat' or 'lsof' to
check for any connections to that port.
