We have TSM 3.7.3.0 for NT on an Compaq server with a Overland AIT library.
The backups and the administrative schedule work fine.
But following appear in the NT event viewer every 30 sec.:

Type: Error
Source: ADSM Client
Description:
Open failed for the ADSM client "Performance" registry key. Status

Event ID: 1008
Type: Error
Source: Perflib
Description:
The Open Procedure for service "TSM Client Performance" in DLL
"dsmcperf.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be
available. Status code returned is DWORD 0.
What is the problem?
What makes the dsmcperf.dll?
