first of all thanks to Richard Sims and Gerhard Dicty who gave me
interesting information
so, to whoever it might concern, here are 2 facts to consider :
- with adsm v3.1, it may happen that you have to run an "audit db" to
correct internal database errors. it seems you have to expect it running
for days ! (4 and 1/2 in my case, for a small 8 GB database)
- whenever it happens, it seems the processing time is not linear. i mean,
at the beginning it goes very slowly, and it ends faster. for example, it
took almost 3 and 1/2 days to reach the middle of the base, then the other
half got processed in less that 1 day.
