Nope...just the active files, or at least that's all it does currently.

No way to do that that I'm aware of.

The only other thing I'd add is that there a lot of posts regarding
problem restoring from backupsets earlier this year on the list.  As I
recall, the command line syntax is pretty arcane.  I haven't tried it
myself.  I have a couple of customers experimenting with it, but no
production environments yet.
