Nope! I didn't know that we needed to use add/remove to install. I don't
support W2K or Citrix. The funny thing about this is we have another server
with the exact config. running TSM client 4.1.2.12 without any issues.
I will get in touch with the W2K group and make sure that we are
attempting to install this correctly.

Had no problem installing client 4.2.0.0 on to that type of config. Was
also at the time running server 4.1.0.3 (NT) and using the 4.2.0.0
client without problems.
You probably already know this, but for citrix you need to install using
add/remove programs...
