We also went from 4.1.2.12 to 4.2.0 without problems. When we went to 4.2.1.15 we started seeing problems that a memory address was unreadable. Haven't called support yet. Even though 4.2.0 isn't where we want to be we backed those machines down to that level so we have something that will run until the problem can be worked.
