You can have more than one TSM client directory (with dsm.sys within) and point to them using different $DSM_DIR values. Also you can have more than one server stanzas in single dsm.sys and point to them with different dsm.opt files or as Nicholas Cassimatis pointed to me recently "dsmc sched -se=<desired server>".
