win2k tsm client 4.2.1.30 bug

Hi, 
The tsm client for windows 2000 "4.2.1.30"  is crashing when i 
try to backup a folder or volume that has "drive shortcuts"  example>>  D: 
Are you having the same problem? Is there a cure for it?
