Markus, do you have collocation on the copy pool? This might explain why small chunk of data resides alone on a virtual volume. Another possibility is that your virtual volumes devclass at that time had maxcap=500MB or 1000 MB and you later modified it to be 10GB.

So say you have an Est Cap of 10 GB but your backup stgpool to the remote server /virtual volume only pushes 2 GB. Then that virtual volume will be 2 GB and won't have any more data written to it. Anyone got an idea what that could be, or which strategy I can use to have a copy storagepool at a different site. I was thinking of something like library sharing. Anyone got any exoirience with library sharing?
