Patricia, We hsve both TSM on os390 and ADSM on AIX. The problem isn't the platform, its the resources the platform has. The issue with the mainframe is that you will usually just be sharing an lpar with a mixed workload and you may be fighting for resources, tape drives, and processor cycles especially. But if this is not a problem for your site then the mainframe TSM works fine John
