Hi Mehdi! You can download Dp for Exchange 5.2.1 at ftp://ftp.storsys.ibm.com/tivoli-storage-management/maintenance/tivoli-data- protection/ntexch/v521/nt/ but I doubt you will not be able to use it. The last time I tried it wasn't working because you need the license file (I believe it's called exchange.lic) and it wasn't installed. When I installed the software from CD it was, so it's probably not included in the download version...
