Mehdi, Data Protection for Exchange version 5.2.1 will back up and restore Exchange 2003 databases. Exchange 2003 backup and restore is very similar to Exchange 2000 backup and restore. The only difference is when you have an Exchange 2003 Recovery Storage Group.
