Same here. The clopset editor is appalling. We also store cloptsets in flat files and manage them via the command line.

Try using "" (having blanks in path forces you to do so) try to edit path in an existing inclexcl statement, try to gain an overwiev of particulary complicated clopstes and/or inclexcl statements in combination with local opt files and YES/NO parameters.
