I have done Solaris and Linux, and now have an AIX system. Can't seem to get management to spring for a 'differences' class, so I need to do some self education. Does someone have suggested references for AIX administration and maintenance? (book, web page, etc) We are on AIX 4.3.3 now soon to move to 5L
