What I said in my previous mail, probably there is a communication problem
between de library and the TSM server.
On what platform are you running TSM server? Did you update TSM server
software?
Richard.

Thank u for ur quick reply.
But If I give q path, it says
library autolib online=yes, but srives are not online.
so when I did
update drive autolib drive01 online=yes
it gives the following err.
ANR8444E UPDATE DRIVE: Library AUTOLIB is currently unavailable.
I am confused what is happening.
Thanks
Geetha

Geetha,
You'll probably have to look at your Library Path
Please do a: q path and check if youre library path is available.
Mostly such errors are when TSM cannot "talk" to the changer in de
library.
Richard.
